Compensation rate for this role is: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00.
As a Senior Analyst, Logistics at RXO, you’ll be responsible for developing actionable research to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Prepare operational and financial data for research, investigation, projects or general business actions
- Access multiple databases, extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall operational and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to recover lost revenue, including process improvements and enhanced tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current process and pinpoint inefficiencies
- Research operational and financial data, including performance and productivity data, to identify potential error, trends to aid in root cause identification and corrective actions
- Identify revenue leakage opportunities through data analysis and process audits
- Prepare regular reporting and presentations for management and the executive leadership team on recovery efforts, trends and recommendations
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics to assess the impact of implemented changes on revenue recovery
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics
- Expertise in preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Experience with converting raw data into usable formats
- Support experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications and database systems
It’d be great if you also have:
- Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to extract system data from SAP and utilize Excel/Access to develop reports; expert-level Excel skills, including macros
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Solid problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries, solid data mining and development skills
- Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Fundamental comprehension of warehouse operations and supply chain structure
- Solid verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skil
