Automotive Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Complete thorough automotive vehicle inspections on every vehicle you service and perform any repairs and maintenance

  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all manner of automotive repairs and maintenance.

  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Test drive guest vehicles, and use our shop truck in a safe manner to pick up inventory as needed

  • Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork.

  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions 

  • Display a commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry 

  • Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures. 

  • Always maintain a clean, safe work area

  • Possess a valid Driver’s License 

  • 1 year Automotive Repair

  • Utilize company-provided safety equipment and follow safety procedures

  • Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence

  • Possess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coaching


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
