HRIS Analyst/Sr Analyst

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the reporting and data preparation for all aspects of HR in addition to analysis of data related to HR and its compliance, benefits, onboarding, and resourcing initiatives to evaluate business strategy effectiveness and meet standardized reporting requirements. This role will assist in the development and implementation of solutions to meet cross-functional team reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for HRIS technology solutions including researching and resolving problems, troubleshooting unexpected results or process; where appropriate prepares or validates root cause analysis and drives identified process or system changes to completion.
• System administration to include maintenance, upgrades, audits, password resets and other technical support related inquiries.
• Monitors the HRIS Support Desk and ensures tickets are being routed, customers are promptly responded to and issues resolved in a timely manner. Effectively communicate and respond to general HRIS inquiries. Provide customer service to associates, managers, payroll processors, and HR Business Partners.
• Develop and maintain processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR processes & data.
• Gather, coordinate, and create data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of all required internal and external reports.
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; develop standard reports for any ongoing needs.
• Responsible for creating reports and documents on HR related data for presentation to executive management level derived from systems ensuring HR systems are optimized to provide this date on demand.
• Monitor, test and responsible for data loads into the HRIS systems when needed.
• Compliance reporting for EEO-1, Board Reporting, Turnover, Annual 401(k) audit, Workers' Compensation Audit, as well as DOL audits.
• Create end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees and provide software support for end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical aptitude is a must
• 2-4 years’ experience with HR systems analysis and configurations
• Ultimate Kronos/UltiPro/UKG Pro experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated technical skills - proficient in all MS Office tools, IBM Business Intelligence, SQL, XML & HTML, and other reporting languages preferred, SharePoint skills a plus.
• Experience with planning & executing change management, communications, and training activities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines
• Proven track record a proactive customer focus, high degree of confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards such as Data Privacy, GDPR, etc.
