Zurich Cover‑More is looking for a dynamic global technology executive to lead the charge in modernizing our platforms, elevating our data and AI capabilities, and redefining how technology fuels business impact across the enterprise.
In this high‑influence role, you’ll steer the strategy that powers our global technology evolution – building modern, scalable platforms, championing new ways of working, and positioning technology as a catalyst for superior customer, partner, and employee experiences. You’ll play a pivotal part in designing the next generation of Zurich Cover‑More’s technology landscape while fostering a forward‑thinking culture and ensuring alignment with Zurich Group’s global vision and standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll lead the development and execution of a global technology modernization roadmap, shaping the future of Zurich Cover‑More’s core platforms, customer‑facing solutions, data and AI capabilities, and key integrations.
- You’ll oversee the ongoing evolution, management, and optimization of technology platforms and capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation in partnership with regional technology teams and cross‑functional business units worldwide.
- You’ll accelerate the adoption and application of AI across functions and processes to unlock efficiency, enhance decision‑making, and enable transformative customer and partner experiences.
- You’ll advance the organization’s product management discipline by implementing consistent frameworks, practices, and standards that maximize value delivery and improve collaboration.
- You’ll champion best‑in‑class AI‑enabled DevOps and SDLC practices, embedding modern methodologies for CI/CD, automation, testing, and release management to drive agility, reliability, and scalability.
- You’ll continuously assess industry trends, benchmarks, and emerging technologies to ensure platforms deliver market‑leading experiences while optimizing operational performance.
- You’ll drive a forward‑thinking technology culture, promoting the adoption of modern tools, practices, and ways of working that elevate business outcomes and strengthen customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- You’ll ensure rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements, security protocols, and data governance standards, maintaining the highest level of trust and integrity across all platforms and processes.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
- You’ll bring 15+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally within an insurance carrier, financial services organization, or other regulated industry.
- You’ll bring a proven record of delivering transformative platform initiatives, including modernizing legacy systems and implementing or integrating new enterprise platforms.
- You’ll bring experience driving organizational change in technology delivery, elevating execution excellence, and maturing product management disciplines.
- You’ll bring strong influencing and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to effectively engage executive leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- You’ll bring demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with external platform vendors and systems integrators.
- You’ll bring familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance frameworks.
