YOU ARE 

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s. 

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.   

 

CARTIER MANSION RETAIL EXPERIENCE INTERN

 

Play an integral role in fostering Masion loyalty by assisting with the execution of:

• Client experience journeys; and
• Client engagement strategies. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In partnership with the wider Client Engagement/ Experience Team:

• Assist with the implementation of corporate initiatives within boutique.
• Assist with the execution of client activations.
• Assist with various activities to facilitate seamless client experiences. This may include:
  1. Delivering an exceptional and personalized welcome. 
  2. Preparation.
  3. Outstanding hospitality and attention to clients throughout their visit.
  4. Client entertainment.
  5. Creation presentation.
  6. Execution of client treatments.
• Assist with boutique projects as needed. This may include:
  1. Organization.
  2. Restocking of supplies.
  3. Supporting other members of the Client Experience Team, as needed.
• Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold boutique image to include embracing the true value of the Maison DNA and values.
• Must be available to work retail hours.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision. 

 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application 
• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success 
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives 
• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program 
• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships 
• Must be age 18 or older to participate  
• Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

This is a paid internship. This role is based out of the Fifth Avenue Cartier Mansion.

 

Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel 

 

Compensation: $20-25/hourly
