XTIVIA is looking for an ERP Project Manager to be the heartbeat of our project success. In this role, you are much more than a task tracker: you are a strategic partner who champions high-impact programs and diverse portfolios. You will work closely with our clients to ensure complex technology integrations truly bring their vision to life. By thoughtfully balancing resources, navigating risks, and keeping communication open, you serve as the vital bridge that connects technical excellence with real-world business value. 

Responsibilities 

• Precision Execution: Use best-in-class project management techniques to achieve project goals on time and on cost, while proactively managing risk.
• Clear Communication: Communicate project status, client readiness, and technical issues. You will ensure risks and resolutions are clearly understood by both the team and management.
• Strategic Resource Management: Define, acquire, and allocate the budget, staff, and resources necessary to meet project objectives. You will also drive recommendations through to implementation by ensuring adequate XTIVIA resources are available.
• Financial Stewardship: Monitor budgets, control funding expenditures, and accurately forecast labor hours to ensure precise revenue planning.
• Tech-Driven Tracking: Utilize project management software along with financial and accounting applications to identify risks, assess impacts, and coordinate issue tracking.
• Thought Leadership: Provide high-level insight to project analyses and process improvement activities. Use your advanced communication skills to effectively develop and articulate company policy.
• Professional Documentation: Clearly document and present findings through project documentation and visual diagrams. You will also produce all necessary communication materials for project meetings to monitor and report on progress.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout consulting engagements, ensuring total client satisfaction with XTIVIA as their solutions provider.
• Change Governance: Carefully coordinate client change control to keep project scope and expectations aligned.

Requirements

What you bring to your new team

• Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• ERP Expertise: 2 to 5 years of related experience in the ERP software space, serving as either a Consultant or a Project Manager, with a solid background in ERP implementations.
• Client-Facing Success: At least 1 or more years of experience in a client-facing project management role, demonstrating excellent customer relationship skills.
• Dynamic Project Handling: The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional time management.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interface comfortably with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
• Technical Toolset: Proficiency with G Suite and the Microsoft Office suite (specifically including Visio and Project).
• Modern Collaboration Tools: Experience using Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management systems.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving complex problems.
• Team-First Attitude: You must be a dedicated team player with the "people skills" needed to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
