Director of Nursing

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated per-diem Director of Nursing (DON) to support our expansion into the Greater Boston area.
 
With this NEW and EXCITING OPPORTUNITY, the Director of Nursing (DON) will ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance within the region for our NEW OFFICE! The DON will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and supervising nursing staff for Affirmed Home Care.

This role will start on a per-dem basis, with the possibility of evolving into a full-time position.
 
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Active MA Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or educational role, within home care required.
• Valid CPR Certification.
