Overview
FWI is building a team to provide program management and analytical support services for change management, strategic planning, business transformation, and initiative management across the U.S. Coast Guard Personnel Service Center. As a Senior Performance Management Consultant, you will lead change-management and performance-measurement projects while ensuring financial compliance and integrating multi-system solutions.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm at US Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC. Some hybrid work may be allowed.
Responsibilities
- Lead change-management and performance-measurement projects
- Ensure financial and controls compliance
- Integrate multi-system solutions
- Deliver executive coaching services
- Support business transformation and initiative management
- Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques and process improvement methodologies
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks
- Conduct business case analyses and alternatives analyses
- Support database improvements and data migration efforts
- Travel may be required and include locations throughout CONUS, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Specific destinations include Topeka, KS and Chesapeake, VA.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP or DHS mid-level PM certification or Six Sigma Master Black Belt (or equivalent)
- 7 years of relevant experience; OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higher
- Relevant experience providing direct support of USCG or other Government agencies supporting missions related to national security, homeland security, or law enforcement
- Experience with program and project management, meeting facilitation, strategic communications, and organizational change management
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Office365, and SharePoint
