We are actively searching for an Insurance Verifier. This position completes financial counseling for surgery, inpatient and observation patients; collects on accounts for deductibles, co-insurances, co-pays and self pays; and completes authorizations and referrals required by payers. They work with Physician offices for surgery patients to insure clinicals are faxed to payers for authorizations or referrals.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized with excellent customer service and computer skills. Two years of prior insurance experience required. High school education required with additional education preferred.

Salary range; $16.50/hour to $27.23/hour commensurate with experience.
