The right candidate will have demonstrated experience commercializing novel technology coming out of a research group, end-to-end. You are startup oriented, with experience shipping MVPs and then scaling them to thousands of users. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong familiarity with CAD/CAM space or in a tangential field using 3D modeling, simulation, and spatial data. You have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. You are hungry and willing to roll up the sleeves and build with a talented cross-functional team.</p> <h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Define the technology architecture required to bring a novel CAM product to market</li> <li>Develop and implement a technology transfer strategy, from R&amp;D to final product</li> <li>Manage all elements of the software development process</li> <li>Directly manage a team of software development engineers</li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders to align product vision and commercial targets with an engineered solution</li> <li>Partner with the GM and executive stakeholders to build a new venture-scale business</li> </ul> &l
