Sr Manager, Digital Experience

Company Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Experience to join Procore’s Data, Technology, and Security org. In this role, you’ll help manage and optimize our collaboration tools and platforms with a focus on Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft, and other collaboration tools. You will enhance employee productivity and ensure seamless communication. This role demands a strategic approach to system administration, automation, and integration.

This position reports into Senior Director, IT Ops and Engineering and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Own the employee experience as it relates to collaboration and productivity tools as a pivotal aspect of this role.

• Identify gaps and shortcomings in our collaboration tools and platforms impacting user experience.

• Envision and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience for our diverse workforce.

• Shape a workplace environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and job satisfaction through technology solutions.

• Ensure these tools align with defined standards and enhance overall employee collaboration.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in administering collaboration tools, with a focus on Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft, and Atlassian products. Moveworks and AI tools / bots are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree. (Computer Science preferred) or relevant experience.

• Track record of successfully implementing technologies mentioned above and scaling them beyond 5k employees.

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to collaboration tools and data handling.

• The ability to identify root causes of issues.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Experience working on multi-functional, cross-team projects.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $185,800 - $255,475. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
