Position Overview:

As a DSP – Medical, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of the individuals we serve in one of our new Smart Homes. You'll collaborate with our dedicated team to provide personalized care, administer medication, and offer compassionate support to our clients in their daily activities, helping them with their personal hygiene, food intake, cleaning and cooking for them, and taking them to appointments.

Location: Walton Hills, OH

Pay rate: $17 per hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents with disabilities to help support their daily activities
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients
• Utilize adaptive technology to assist with clients daily activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Deliver exceptional medical support in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medication and assist with medical procedures as required
• Document and maintain accurate records of medical interventions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Flexibility in adapting to various client needs
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess high school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience working in a medical field as a caregiver, preferably in total care
• Comfortable with utilizing technology (Alexa, Smart devices)
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
