The Restaurant Server Assistant assists the server in cleaning up and setting up tables and completing guest requests. Deliver all steps of service according to Four Seasons standards including but not limited to providing water, clearing and crumbing table, etc. per respective restaurants specifications. Make guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of. Anticipates guest needs to ascertain satisfaction and responds urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Completes side work, maintain assigned section with urgency. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, and prior food and beverage knowledge preferred but not required.  

Qualifications include: 

• Strong ability to multi-task and observe entire dining room  

• Time management skills 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 

• Strong interpersonal and team player skills
