Salesforce Lead Consutlant

We have open position for Salesforce Lead Consultant. 
The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, articulating and supporting user stories and acceptance criteria, and providing technical leadership and guidance to other members of the team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration
• Support and embellish user stories and acceptance criteria as a business analyst
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other members of the team, including developers, administrators, and business analyst
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, technical design, and test plans
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices, and recommend new solutions as appropriate
• Provide support for production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development and architecture
• Salesforce certification(s), such as Certified Solution Architect (B2B or B2C) or wide range of Salesforce cloud certifications
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, preferably including custom development, integrations, and data migration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
