<strong>We are seeking a Senior Associate to lead, grow and manage Project Management delivery in Germany with a focus on the Logistics and Manufacturing sector.</strong> The candidate will lead the formation of a new team and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project management, offering an opportunity to shape team culture and drive excellence in execution. As one of the world’s leading professional construction consulting firms, we understand the unique complexities of the logistics and manufacturing industry. We understand how to repurpose, redesign, and reimagine logistics and manufacturing space. We excel in bespoke fit-outs, large logistic parks, multiple-level indoor farming, vast warehousing packed with automated technology, and temperature-controlled environments. Our clients receive comprehensive advice through the entire life cycle of their assets; from conceptualisation to realisation, to operation, and eventual disposal. Through our specialists’ expertise and passion for the sector, we can deliver successful results, ensuring our clients’ investments are in safe hands.<br/><br/>
Due to RLB’s vast and varied capabilities, this role also offers an opportunity for involvement within the Data Centre sector, among others.<br/><br/>
<strong>Role Responsibilities</strong><ul>
<li>Team Leadership & Development - Build and manage a team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and performance standards. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</li>
<li>Project Delivery - Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects within a range of sectors including but not limited to Logistics and Manufacturing, Data Centres and more, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Implement robust governance and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Client Engagement - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.</li>
<li>Strategic Contribution - Support business development through proposals, presentations, and networking within various sectors, with a view to securing new and repeat business.</li>
</ul><strong>Candidate Profile</strong><strong> </strong>Qualifications<ul>
<li>Degree-qualified in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Professional Chartered qualification (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) preferred but not essential.</li>
</ul>Experience<ul>
<li>Proven experience of managing, leading and building teams.</li>
<li>Experience of project management delivery across a range of sectors is essential.</li>
<li>Experience within the Logistics and Manufacturing sectors is desirable.</li>
<li>Experience within Data Centres is beneficial.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.</li>
