Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Accessory Sales Operations Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst, Accessory Sales Strategy & Forecasting Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead surveying, forecasting, and launch planning efforts across the Accessory Sales Channel and Accessory Sales Field Operations Teams.

Reporting to the Toyota Accessory Sales Channel Manager, the person in this role will support the Accessory Sales Operations department's objective to drive accessory sales growth to $2B+ in annual revenue.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead surveying, forecasting, and launch planning efforts across the Accessory Sales Channel, Field Operations Teams, and Private Distributors.
  • Collaborate with Development teams from N-36 to launch to advise on product offerings, changes, installation feasibility, and accessory priorities for In-Line Accessories (ILA), Post-Production Options (PPO), and Dealer-Installed Options (DIO).
  • Forecast accessory sales and installations using historical data, field feedback, and industry trends across accessory series, category, and overall levels.
  • Monitor and report on new model and product launches, including ILA, PPO, and DIO availability, risks, and calculate revenue impacts from delays or restrictions.
  • Partner with Service Parts and Accessory Development (SPAD) Planning and Systems, Demand and Supply (DSM), Vehicle Operations (VOG), TVS, Marketing, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accessory readiness and alignment.
  • Compose strategies, guidance, and messaging for the field regarding surveys, launches, and sales initiatives; host regular meetings to review forecasts and launch status.
  • Support cross-functional kaizen efforts to improve survey alignment, system integration, and data flow across teams.

What you bring

  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in accessory sales, vehicle sales, distribution, manufacturing, project management, or product planning/development.
  • The ability to analyze large datasets and present high-level summaries and recommendations to management using data visualization tools such as PowerBI and or Tableau.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and visualization skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Proficient in Excel, analyzing data, creating charts and pivot tables.
  • Capacity to travel 5% of the time.

Added bonus if you have

  • Education: BA/BS in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience as an OEM field traveler (DSPM, DM, etc.).
  • Background in automotive retail or aftermarket accessory sales.
  • Deep understanding of accessory business processes (PPO, ILA, DIO).
  • Experience in DSM, SPAD, Procurement, or related areas.
