POSITION SUMMARY
The Domo Education Team is responsible for helping Domo users develop the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in their use of the Domo platform to make better decisions with data. As part of this responsibility, we deliver live, instructor-led training to organizations around the world. We also leverage eLearning and on-demand educational resources to help users grow and demonstrate their Domo expertise.
The Education Coordinator works with technical trainers, account team members, and our Domo customers to develop, schedule, and communicate customer training plans. It is their responsibility to ensure that customers and trainers are on the same page in terms of timing and expectations. The coordinator will also ensure that all necessary resources are prepared for upcoming training sessions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help customers understand available training resources;
- Evaluate customer training needs and develop training plans to meet them;
- Schedule training sessions and maintain the Domo training calendar;
- Track status of training engagements;
- Communicate training outcomes to Domo account teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of scheduling and communication software, especially Outlook and Teams;
- Working knowledge of project management software, such as Asana or Trello;
- Strong organization skills;
- Strong customer relations skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
