About the Role 

Join Go-to-Market Strategy Glassdoor and become part of a best-in-class team redefining the recruiting industry!  The Go-to-Market Strategy team drives high-impact, high-visibility work that spans strategy and operations. As a Senior Associate, you will partner with leaders across functions to answer some of our organization's highest priority questions and define initiatives to accelerate growth. Sample projects might include: analyzing metrics to understand performance customer retention opportunities, developing new sales and service motions, or defining initiative plans to drive growth.

What You’ll Do 

  • Join a team working on some of the most impactful, high visibility projects at Glassdoor
  • Combine quantitative skills with a strategic approach to turn data into insights and insights into action
  • Act as the connective tissue within Go-to-Market & cross-functionally by solving hard problems and ensuring teams are aligned in pursuit of our biggest opportunities
  • Become the authority for Glassdoor Go-to-Market performance by deeply understanding metrics, setting goals, and holding us accountable to hitting them
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders from the executive level to colleagues who will rely on you to guide decision-making

What You’ll Bring

  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience; BA degree required
  • Consulting, strategy, and/or investment banking experience is preferred. Generalists are welcome - GTM experience is not required
  • Analytical approach and a passion for tackling big questions. 
  • Track record of thinking strategically, solving complex problems with curiosity and going beyond initial findings to understand the "why" and the "so what"
  • Dedication to professional growth and development
  • Self-starter who is relentlessly resourceful and able to both drive projects autonomously and ask for input when needed
  • High EQ and an excellent communicator; capable of building strong relationships and conveying complex information to a range of audiences
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint / Google Slides, & interpreting SFDC / CRM data preferred

Compensation and Benefits 

Base Salary Range*: $115,300 - 144,100

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target: 10%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.
