About You:

 

We're seeking a leader with exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

 

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or insurance-related fields; MBA preferred

• 5+ years of progressive experience in the reinsurance/insurance industry or consulting

• Proven track record in project management and driving organizational change

• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills

• Expert-level presentation and communication skills

• Advanced financial acumen and knowledge of (re)insurance accounting principles preferred

 

Global mindset with experience working in multicultural environments is essential.

 

The position would ideally be located in our Armonk, NY or New York City, NY offices. It is potentially flexible to another Swiss Re office location for the ideal candidate. Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office two to three days per week on average. 

 

For New York, the estimated base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $178,000.  The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.  At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
