Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) is a global leader in live event, broadcast, and entertainment technology services. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to join our finance team, where you’ll play a critical role in billing, collections, and cash application processes to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Invoice Generation & Processing – Create, review, and process invoices, credit memos, and addendum billings for rental contracts, sales, and shows.
✅ Accounts Receivable Transactions – Enter and post invoices, deposits, and client payments into the accounting system with accuracy.
✅ Credit & Payment Application – Track deposits and apply payments to client accounts, ensuring correct allocation and record-keeping.
✅ Financial Reporting & Reconciliation – Monitor aging reports, reconcile outstanding balances, and flag overdue accounts for resolution.
✅ Debt Collection & Customer Communication – Identify and contact debtors to arrange payments, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely collections.
✅ Customer Account Maintenance – Manage client files, credit applications, tax resale certificates, and insurance documents for compliance.
✅ Month-End Procedures & Special Projects – Assist with reconciliations, audits, and special finance projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Detail-Oriented & Organized – You track numbers, deadlines, and discrepancies with precision.
✔️ Strong Communicator – You’re comfortable reaching out to clients for payments and working with internal teams.
✔️ Finance & Accounting Background – Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections is a plus.
✔️ Problem-Solver – You can troubleshoot payment issues and discrepancies efficiently.
✔️ Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting tools is a bonus.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

🔹 Hourly Pay: $21.75-$26.00/hour (Based on experience.)
