Salary Range:

$154,000.00 - $200,000.00

What’s the role?

We are looking for a senior product manager to build app product experiences that help new buyers get started on Etsy and inspire them to return to Etsy to shop for everything from their evergreen interests to a gift for someone special.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Buyer Experience team, you will be responsible for developing a strategy and roadmap to hit ambitious goals that will make it easier than ever for buyers to shop on Etsy. As the product lead for your squad, you’ll be partnered with a designer, engineering manager, analyst, and researcher to dive deep into customer problems and build creative, data-driven solutions that set Etsy apart.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Group Product Manager, Buyer Experience. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered. For candidates within commutable distance, Etsy requires in-office attendance once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What does the day-to-day look like?

• Craft a vision, define a roadmap, and prioritize consumer facing product features via opportunity sizing, experimentation, and continuous iteration

• Partner closely with outstanding designers, engineers, user researchers, and data scientists to identify customer problems, explore potential solutions, and test hypotheses to ultimately build products that help Etsy shoppers find just what they’re looking for

• Define OKRs and track progress against them, communicate plans and updates to cross-functional partners and leadership, and drive the execution of your roadmap to hit your team’s goals

• Own your team’s success metrics, including impact to our business and customers
