As a Senior Power BI Developer, </span></span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><span><span>you’ll play a key role in shaping how data is communicated, driving innovation, and developing advanced visual solutions that support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, resilience, and the ability to approach challenges with creativity and precision.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Develop global Power BI (and Fabric) solutions across the business functions – Corporate Finance, Sales, Category Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Research &amp; Development and Human Resources. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Work in a team together with our Business Intelligence Analysts, UX/UI Designers and DE Developer to capture business requirements, identify best solution, create design, and deliver the dashboards and reports. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Use advanced techniques and 3rd party software to optimize the large-scale solutions with huge data volumes (often going far beyond 1GB semantic models). </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Explore the newest features of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform, including the preview ones, validate if and how they can be applied in the Reckitt environment. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Contribute to defining and implementing best practices in Reckitt, being member of the Global Business Intelligence team and Center of Excellence. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Coach and train business users and junior team members in use of Power BI and Business Intelligence. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Collaborate with data scientists and prepare compelling visualizations to identify business insights. </span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Min. 4 years of industry experience in BI solutions development using Power BI . </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Excellent programming skills in the following Languages: DAX, SQL. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Basic programming skills in the following: Power Query M, Python. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Knowledge of Power BI 3rd party software. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong data visualization skills and experience in telling stories based on data. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Experience working with large datasets using various data wrangling and visualization tools, and in optimization of the solutions. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Firm
