POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting an Account Executive with an established territory.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

• Describe what the role will be directly responsible for.
• Increases the capacity for an Account Executive to make more sales calls.
  • Supports an Account Executive with an established territory. 
• Coordinates pipeline management and communicate with partners daily to streamline the business relationship. 
• Processes broker renewals
• Trains new brokers.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Uses Ring Central and Sales Force for Account/Broker Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of prior experience
• Experience in mortgage/banking industry financial services preferred

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel. PowerPoint skills a plus
