  • Provide individualized support during after-school hours, helping kids feel confident, comfortable, and included in daily activities.
  • Lead or assist with play, crafts, snacks, homework time, and relationship-building—always with encouragement and patience.
  • Be a dependable partner for both keiki and their families—offering empathy, communication, and consistency every day.

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive pay: $16–$19/hour plus a $500 New Hire Bonus

  • No evenings or weekends—steady weekday schedule, typically from ~1:30/2 PM to 5:30 PM

Who Should Apply:

  • Compassionate individuals drawn to working one-on-one with children with disabilities
  • Experience working one-on-one with children—whether through tutoring, mentoring, classroom aide or volunteer support—or simply a genuine desire to learn and grow alongside experienced educators
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and your team
