What you will be doing

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
•    Minimum 5 years leave of absence management or benefits administration experience
•    Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
•    Able to come into a new environment, identify needs quickly, and immediately recommend and implement action
•    Highly experienced working in Excel
•    Extremely organized and process-driven, striving for efficiency and effectiveness
•    Comfortable working in complex technology systems, e.g., UKG/Dimensions
