CRM Intern within E-commerce Trading & Analysis

OUR E-COMMERCE TEAM
You become part of an ambitious e-commerce department at VERO MODA based in Aarhus. You will join a team of ambitious colleagues, who share a passion for e-commerce and work closely together across different competences – from traffic, campaigning, analytics and trading to operations and development.

New ways of working and opportunities are opening to us, as consumer behavior changes. Omnichannel is becoming a bigger part of our business, and trading for each channel is getting more and more important for securing the right availability.

YOUR ROLE
As our intern within E-Commerce Trading & Analysis, your primary tasks will be to analyze customer behavior and implement findings to improve our business. You will have a close collaboration across the entire E-Commerce team in Aarhus. Here, you will be in dialogue with our Content and Tech team about testing new hypothesis’ and implement findings in our daily trading and commercial strategy. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Analyzing customer behavior
• A/B testing 
• Building a reporting tool 
• Implementing findings 

WHO YOU ARE
First and foremost, you are an ambitious candidate eager to become part of VERO MODA. Secondly, we are looking for someone, who fits the following:

• Enrolled in the Commercial and Retail Management Master’s program at Aarhus University
• Interest in fashion
• Great with numbers and able to do different analyses
• Great communicator and fluent in English

As a person you are passionate about the things that you do and can’t help but give it all you’ve got. You are result oriented and diligent when it comes to following up on targets, ensuring that your projects live up to your own as well as the team’s expectations. You have an analytical mind-set and can bring new ideas into life that are both innovative and commercial founded. 

In return, you will get a challenging and exciting internship. We promise that you will develop throughout your internship, and for the right candidate, we would be looking to offer a thesis collaboration after the internship - and hopefully an employment after graduation.
