Job Description

• Build and operate Scalable’s digital wealth management platform with 8 distinct product instances in B2C, B2B2C and B2B
• Form the Tribe Leadership of our Wealth Management Tribe, together with Head of Engineering (Tech) and Head of Wealth (Business)
• Align the strategic direction of the tribe with the company’s strategic direction
• Drive and execute a significant part of the company strategy through effective leadership of the tribe
• Responsible to define, monitor and achieve tribe OKRs in collaboration with tribe leadership team
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies and implementations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Guide and mentor team members in all of their tasks and responsibilities as Product Manager on a day-to-day basis (currently: 5 PMs)
• Nourishes the collaboration with Engineering (leadership) on tribe and team level
• Act as senior partnership manager and escalation contact for B2B2C and B2B partners
• As part of a broader management team develop, modify and execute company policies that may have a company-wide impact

Qualifications

• Passion for digital wealth management
• Academic degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, computer science, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in agile product development for digital FinTech/Investment products
• 3+ years experience in people management
• Expert knowledge of capital markets and their regulatory environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Good technical understanding of microservice architectures, APIs and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Trustful, dedicated and structured way of working with external partners, including a fair representation of Scalable’s interests
• Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma and similar applications
