Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager, Floify, to lead Porch Group’s flagship mortgage technology business. Floify is a modern, cloud-based mortgage point-of-sale (POS) platform that helps lenders and brokers streamline the mortgage origination process, delight borrowers, and improve operational efficiency.
The General Manager will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and will be accountable for driving product innovation, operational excellence, and sustained growth. Reporting to the SVP and Group General Manager for Inspection and Real Estate, this role requires a leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to position Floify as the premier digital lending solution in the market.
What You Will Do As A General Manager, Floify
Strategic Leadership: Own and execute Floify's growth strategy, defining clear priorities that strengthen market leadership in mortgage technology and align with Porch Group's broader mission of supporting the homebuyer journey.
P&L Ownership: Drive revenue, profitability, and expense targets with a focus on healthy unit economics and scalable, sustainable growth.
Product and Market Strategy: Set the product vision and roadmap, staying ahead of market shifts and competitive dynamics. Develop a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem — loan officers, brokers, and lenders — to ensure strong product-market fit and drive adoption.
Customer Focus and Growth: Champion a customer-centric culture, delivering intuitive solutions that meaningfully improve borrower experiences and lender efficiency. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to grow accounts, increase ARPA, and reduce churn through targeted retention and expansion.
Operational Excellence: Build a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making. Define and track the KPIs that matter most — including Net Revenue Retention, product adoption, and NPS — and use them to drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across product, sales, and operations. Foster collaboration across Porch's portfolio to unlock shared technology, data, and go-to-market capabilities.
Partnership and Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and pursue strategic integrations with LOS providers, CRMs, and other industry platforms to extend Floify's reach and utility. Represent Floify at key mortgage technology and housing industry events.
