Responsibilities:

• Carry a clinical caseload while also providing leadership and support to the team.
• Oversee and maintain compliance with clinical documentation and quality standards.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to staff to ensure best practices and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless service delivery and enhance client outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the program to meet evolving needs.

 

Position Details:

• Reports To: Clinical Director
• Schedule: Full-Time schedule
• Location: Palm Desert, CA (onsite)
• Compensation: $90,000 - $97,000 annually

 

Requirements:

• LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in the state of CA (PsyD accepted as well).
• 3 years of experience in the field of behavioral or mental health care. 
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing clinical responsibilities.
