As Welder, you will be responsible for setting up and aligning parts per blueprint in preparation for welding and for performing welding operations. Reporting directly to the Manager, this position is based in Oshkosh, WI.

• Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. Must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of welding or experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• Skills: Has developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Completes a variety of atypical assignments; works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments. Works with a limited degree of supervision and may act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Ability to use/operate welding machine, cutting torch, manual plasma cutter, brush, pad, buffer, grinder, overhead crane, ratchet straps, rubber hammer, stencil, and tape measure Ability to read blueprints. Ability to understand and perform basic math.
• Customer Focus: Completes assignments on or ahead of schedule and accomplishes assigned work in an organized, timely manner. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality. Calls attention to potential and actual hazardous conditions. Can be depended upon to be available for work and to fulfill position responsibilities. Teaches, mentors, and coaches new or less-skilled employees. • Certification/ Licenses: Must have or achieve welding certification.
