Description:

Join the MercyOne Genesis Family! We are looking to hire a Senior Development Officer!

As a Senior Development Officer at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

• Drive transformational philanthropy to advance the exceptional healthcare services provided by MercyOne Genesis and MercyOne Genesis VNA and Hospice
• Focus on building and nurturing enduring philanthropic partnerships through a sophisticated, multi-channel development approach
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of major gift prospects, while providing strategic oversight of comprehensive fund development initiatives

Schedule: 

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

General Requirements: 

• Valid Driver's License
• More than 7 years experience required
• Fund development training in major gifts/capital campaigns

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Communications or related field required; Masters preferred
