What You Will Get to Do:

• Recognize and set priorities regarding staffing and production schedules
• Use Lean tools to run and improve business
• Responsible for cross-training employees throughout the facility
• Ensure process discipline through concepts including Stand Work, Training Coaching and 5S
• Create a culture of Continuous Improvement
• Ensure each employee has a clear understanding of their job duties and responsibilities and can perform all assigned tasks at expected performance levels

What You Will Bring:

• 3 years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to mentor, facilitate and lead problem solving
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
