Senior Director, Business Development

What does a successful Senior Director, Business Development do at Fiserv? As a Senior Director of Business Development at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of our mission to drive growth and innovate within the Enterprise Biller and Receivables Solutions (EBRS) team. In this role, you'll scale our market-leading SaaS products for commerce platforms, guiding the largest billers, B2B, and government entities towards greater success. Your leadership will empower our team and partners to deliver exceptional solutions that align with Fiserv's commitment to transforming financial services.

What you will do:                                                                                                 

• Drive growth through direct and partner sales channels, including banks and technology enablers.
• Empower a team of high-performing solutions engineers to achieve sales targets for SaaS, transaction, and value-added services products.
• Translate feedback from the field to inform and evolve our product roadmap.
• Ideate and define new growth levers for both new clients and cross-sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product leads to continuously refine and enhance business development processes.

What you will need to have:

• 8+ years of experience driving growth through multiple go-to-market channels.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams of high-performing solutions engineers and business development managers in high-growth SaaS companies.
• 8+ years of experience with payments, invoicing, billing, and ERP solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 10+ years of experience working in the financial technology industry.
• Proven track record of driving double-digit growth rates in SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in client solutioning and go-to-market strategies for enterprise level clients.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to achieve continuous improvement in business processes.
