If you are an entrepreneurial risk taker and ready to roll up your sleeves, you’ll thrive in our environment where the rewards are highly motivating.   Job Description: The Variable Compensation Sr. Analyst will manage and own the end-to-end variable compensation processes to ensure bonus payments are calculated accurately and paid in a timely manner.  This seasoned commissions professional will bring a balance of creative problem-solving, analytical skills and process improvement to create and administer scalable processes that drive the right behaviors in pursuit of our Global Customer Service Mission, “We drive trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service for live events around the world. ”We aim to be recognized as the best and most trusted customer experience brand in the world!  Responsibilities: ·         Calculate monthly bonus payments for multiple teams including 20+ plan variations for the Global Customer Service team ensuring bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner given payroll timelines. ·         Build and maintain compensation calculation models and actively work towards automated solutions. ·         Partner with cross-functional teams to manage role and plan changes ongoing. ·         Maintain the core data requirements for researching, calculating, analyzing and providing data including analyzing historical data, trends and correlations.  ·         Identify and troubleshoot system and data variances and develop solutions.  Competencies: ·         Highly self-motivated with a consistent track record to act resourcefully and meet deadlines. ·         Exceptional at working as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. ·         Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills.  Job Requirements: ·         Bachelor's degree with 4+ years equivalent relevant work experience with sales variable compensation or commissions processing and calculations. ·         Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications. ·         Basic accounting knowledge with an understanding of commission accruals. ·         Excellent ability to problem-solve and drive process improvement. ·         Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfort speaking in groups. ·         Experience with commission software preferred.
