Job Description

As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will play an important role in driving digital marketing excellence through the effective utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with clients to implement Marketing Cloud solutions, serving as a knowledgeable advisor on best practices, and contributing to the development of comprehensive multi-channel marketing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and the creation of statements of work.
• Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.
• Design and implement automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder,
• Utilize Email Studio reports and Journey Builder for reporting and analyzing email activity.

Requirements

We would like you to have:

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Interaction Studio.
• Ability to collaborate with clients in designing customer journeys and associated data models.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a good team player.
• Clear communication skills to simplify complex technical matters when interacting with non-technical stakeholders and client executives.

We would appreciate:

• SFMC Consultant, Email Specialist or Administrator Certifications
• Familiarity with Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
• Experience with Sales / Service Salesforce Cloud
