Responsibilities
The Fusion Analysis and Development Effort (FADE) Program Management Office is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in marketing and communications. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to promote the FADE portfolio, including services and products, and communicate key messages to targeted audiences including external mission partners and internal program partners. The individual will build critical relationships with key stakeholders, expanding the program’s sphere of influence. They shall utilize their expertise in marketing principles, branding, and communication techniques to engage customers, build brand awareness, and communicate compelling content. Conducting market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to reach targeted audiences and achieve marketing objectives. This role may involve creating marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations, and managing content creation and distribution across various platforms to maintain brand consistency and relevance. Marketing and communications professionals may collaborate with cross-functional teams, including existing and potential mission partners and FADE customer support to align marketing efforts with customer needs. Their expertise in areas such as branding, messaging, storytelling, and analytics will enable the team to create impactful marketing and communication strategies that resonate with customers, drive engagement, and deliver improved mission results.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly
- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience; OR, High School and 11+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the IC and/or DoD
- Mastery understanding of IC and DoD processes and programs with specific focus on relationship building
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Military experience
- Familiar with Program Management and Agile Methodology
- Bachelors degree
- Minimal travel requirements
- Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and editing technical reports and the creation of marketing presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior government civilians and military officials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
- Experience and proficiency working with MS Office (Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint) and collaboration sites (MS SharePoint and Teams).
- Demonstrated strong writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences according to established standards
- Experience translating complex technical information into plain language text
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as creativity to propose new ideas to enhance communication products
