Performs and oversees technical design activities for RAVE build and post production changes in order to provide high quality that meets client/project needs.

Job Profile Summary

Responsible for the design and updates of eCRFs, dynamics and edit checks on Rave study builds and migrations.  Leads the team in driving study build and migration timelines, coordinating activities across other roles and supporting the development of others in the technical design role at a portfolio level.  Some programming experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert review and guidance for production of deliverables including CRF/e-CRF, database design, edit check specification, and set-up, coordination with validation and programming
• Provide technical advice and solutions with internal and external customers to solve problems and improve efficiency.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technology.
• Mentor staff members to develop teams on technical design duties.
• Attend customer meetings and lead discussions of project programming requirements and strategic planning.
• Understand scope of work, budget, and scope assumptions. Identify out of scope work and provide revised costs with supporting documentation.
• Ensure project milestones are met according to agreed upon timelines. Actively manage quality throughout projects.

Experience

• 4-6 years of RAVE Technical designer experience and total exp being 9+ yrs.

Education

• Bachelor in Science/Computer science/Information Technology or Bachelor in Technology

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,800.00 - $217,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
