P/T Receptionist/Clubhouse Attendant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Greet  residents with a smile and create a great “First Impression” for the clubhouse.  
• Act as liaison between residents and management
• Perform opening and closing functions regarding the Clubhouse and light janitorial work
• Educate residents on Clubhouse Rules and Regulations.
• Manage event calendar and set up various rooms for events and social functions.  
• Provide additional support to the Management Team as needed.
• Keep grounds in good condition- organize/clean lounge furniture, cabanas, playroom, and gym.
