Senior Product Marketing Manager, Collaboration & Scale
WebflowAbout the role
At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager, Collaboration + Scale to take full ownership of Webflow’s collaboration, governance, and asset management capabilities. This role will define how teams work together and manage content in Webflow — from roles and permissions, publishing workflows, and user management to enterprise-grade asset organization and compliance.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer teams to shape the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market for features that enable organizations to confidently scale Webflow across teams, departments, and regions — including bringing a net-new asset management product to market.
This is a highly visible and strategic role, requiring strong cross-functional leadership, comfort with technical and operational concepts, and a deep understanding of how modern teams collaborate at scale.
