What You Will Do: 

This position manages multi sites with a team of experienced professionals and supervisors in Planning / Scheduling, Logistics, Import/Export, Warehousing, Material Handling, Matls SIOP. Ensures performance of critical KPI's, which includes, inventory management, customer delivery, production scheduling, and cost management. Leads and develops a team of professionals to ensure compliance to the KPI's. Understands forecasting and capacity constraints utilizing monthly Sales Inventory and Operations planning. Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of operational goals. Problems faced are difficult and involve consideration of multiple variables. Explains policies, practices, and procedures and influences others.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields.

• English (advanced)

• Knowledge about ERP systems (SAP R/3)

• Excellent Microsoft Office computer skill

• Advance knowledge on lean/materials principles

• Communication skills, strategic thinking, focus on results

• Management & organizational skills

• Ability to take decisions under time pressure, self-motivated

• Team worker, focused on internal and external customer

• Experience in working with Health & Safety regulation

• Project management abilities

Qualifications We Preferred:

• Minimum of 7 years with 10 years within Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics

• Aerospace or Automotive industries

• APICS certification
