Summary

Customer Modernization is the program dedicated to modernizing SRP’s customer experience which includes implementing a new Customer Information System (CIS) using SAP Enterprise Platform, including supporting systems and business processes. SAP CIS will replace PHOENIX CIS and transform the customer experience, both internal and external to SRP. 

 

Reporting to the Director, Customer Modernization, this position will manage the day-to-day activities for project managers, provide guidance on policies and processes, oversee project management staff, and collaborate with other SRP leaders, to ensure that all projects adhere to the timelines and the team is connected to meet the ultimate goal. The Senior Manager monitors the Customer Modernization Program so cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization are controlled and achieved. Communicates results to various levels of SRP management and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Customer Modernization Program Office  and the multiple vendor implementation teams.
• Responsible for meeting defined project milestones, overall schedule, and budget.
• Responsible for implementing change management processes.
• Coordinates and collaborates with SRP department Managers and SMEs to successfully implement the plan.
• Develops and oversees distribution of communications required for the implementation project.
• Develops, implements, and oversees training plan.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.
• Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Oversee the development of the project and ensuring that team members are completing their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Work closely with ITS teams and operational stakeholders to ensure programs and projects are delivered within scope and on time.
