ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Government Affairs / Public Policy team advances legislative and regulatory priorities. It collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective advocacy and offers opportunities to influence high-impact policy decisions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

Experience, Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years policy experience.
- Financial services/ Capitol Hill experience / lobbying background preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in legislative processes.

Soft Skills:

- Independent, proactive leadership.
- High ethical standards.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Hybrid work model, three days per week in the Washington DC office.
