Coordinator, Acquisition Strategy and Operations

Summary of Position
Join Lionsgate as a Coordinator on the Acquisition Strategy and Operations team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting Lionsgate’s acquisition and library management team. You'll be responsible for generating sales reports, evaluating/tracking renewals, monitoring key participation statements and payments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding of acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the renewals process, assisting with the evaluation of expiring titles and negotiations with grantors
- Create sales reports and presentations for key third-party partners to track performance
- Track participation statements and payments for high-profile third-party partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with Servicing, Rights Management, and Sales teams to facilitate the onboarding process for acquisitions
- Maintain project tracker for the Acquisition Strategy group, helping track deliverables and deadlines
- Provide light administrative assistance, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong project management skills with excellent time management; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace environment Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 2-3 years of work experience; prior experience working with media and entertainment companies is a plus
- Bachelor degree with a strong academic track record; a business degree is an asset
- Strong work ethic, reliability, maturity, professionalism, and a positive attitude

$45,000-$50,000
