Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background working in Agile software development environments to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for user acceptance testing, product release communication, measuring user adoption, while working to support the development of our key platforms that drive business growth for LendingOne. A successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business analysts to ensure that product releases are clearly communicated and delivered to business users. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, great communicator, and top-notch analyst.
This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.
Requirements

The following list of qualifications and responsibilities is not all inclusive, as each employee is expected to be a team player and may be assigned other tasks as necessary. This is meant to serve as an overview of the position description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 2-3 years in a business analytics or related field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Familiarity and comfort working with outsourced and offshore development teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Proficient experience with data visualization
- Relevant experience with configuration and/or administration of a CRM platform (i.e. HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus
- Experience dealing with third-party integrations and data transformation to and from a CRM platform is a plus
- Must have a positive attitude, high energy, organized, excellent communication skills and be self-motived, take initiative and be solution oriented
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC are preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead user acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets business requirements
- Ensure product releases are accurately communicated and user adoption is optimized
- Work with Product Owner to design feedback mechanism and NPS scoring to accurately measure internal staff adoption of product releases and improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility
- Act as a liaison between Business Analyst, Business Users, Stakeholders and development teams to ensure product releases are accurately communicated and released into production environment
- Conduct daily systems analytics and quality assurance to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
