POSITION OVERVIEW
The Solution Consultant plays a critical role in defining, delivering, and supporting Direct-to-Dealer software solutions. This role contributes to the development of new products and the activation and support of client implementations. The Solution Consultant is also responsible for managing the back-end systems and platforms that power direct to dealer solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and a passion for solving real-world dealership challenges.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Assist in the management of product roadmaps in collaboration with Product Leadership and Development teams.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies.
- Conduct competitive research and assess UI/UX enhancements.
- Partner with Solution Managers to ensure product-market fit and end-user value.
Client Implementation & Support
- Support client onboarding, configuration, and activation processes.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage integrations and ensure system health.
- Act as the primary escalation point for implementation and integration issues.
- Perform QA/QC checks and monitor product performance post-launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and customer-facing teams.
- Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and ways of working
- Support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) with product knowledge and analytical support
- Provide advanced support and issue resolution for assigned solutions.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Track KPIs, manage system alerts, identify root causes and support fixes/enhancements
- Identify and implement process improvements and technical improvements
