Job Description

As a member of Service Delivery Management and Onboardings team you will be responsible for deploying cybersecurity tools to freshly created labs in our network.

Majority of tasks in scope of responsibilities concerns Security Tools deployment for internal customer with a focus on assisting them with technical guidance to successfully configure log sources in-scope to be logged to our SIEM. You will be the person responsible to understand customer requirements and recommend best practices  and solutions for integration of on-prem, cloud or hybrid environments to SIEM.

You will be working with Azure technologies such as virtual machines, , Cloud Services, web apps, Azure Active Directory, Virtual Networks, event hubs etc., but also AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.

In this role you will guide the consumer on how to best deploy the solution components, using standard operating procedures, support them to troubleshoot any technical issue that might appear during the onboarding (OS (Linux/Windows) level, GPOs, policies etc.). You will also configure and prepare custom packages for each new consumer, to facilitate the deployment of the tools and act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and SME (Subject Matter Expert).

Scope of duties for this position also includes service delivery management activities and cooperation with internal Security teams and other Security actors, to ensure that delivered services are fit for purpose.. You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation for Internal/External service consumers are available and updated, providing clear and regular update to service consumers on action items, including proposed actions and dates to closure.

Qualifications

We are looking for a specialist with 4 years of operational experience in an IT Security or Security oriented IT role (, IT Operations, Network administration, IT admin etc.) with ability to understand complex infrastructures,

If you have experience in: deploying or managing SIEM solutions, debugging Linux/Windows based operating systems and solid understanding of Cloud technologies and concepts, but also security threats and attack vectors, log management, the workings of networking technologies and firewalls knowledge - this role will let you make full use of and develop your skills.

Appreciated

Experience in security Incident detection and management, managing DNS, and web filtering/proxy, knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK / D3FEND framework

CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Cloud+ is highly appreciated.
