Nationwide has an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly engaged resource to join the Identity and Access Management team. The Technology Product Manager (TPM) plays an integral role in leading the team supporting our Internal Directories and leading Cloud IAM Governance. The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, be able to effectively manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive technology initiatives. Additionally, the TPM should have experience managing business critical applications or infrastructure, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Directing the team responsible for maintaining both on-premise and cloud-based Active Directory Servers and systems, inclusive of GPO, ADSync, and related technologies.
Overseeing daily operations to confirm adherence to Nationwide’s rigorous standards.
Functioning as the Product Manager, you will develop and maintain product roadmaps that guarantee system reliability, observability, and modernity while minimizing risks.
Collaborating with the Microsoft 365 team to seamlessly integrate on-premise directories with M365 technologies, including Azure directory services.
Conducting thorough evaluations of the current Active Directory setup to pinpoint existing challenges and formulate strategic enhancements for the infrastructure.
Leading the Cloud IAM Governance team in enforcing robust IAM protocols across diverse cloud platforms.
Implementing Cloud IAM Standards to devise practical solutions tailored for multifaceted cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages a staff that is responsible for driving a competitive unit cost through efficient product lifecycle, capacity management, expense management and increasing value of the product.
Responsible for applying secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Develops and maintains team knowledge and understanding of business domains, industry trends and product(s).
Links ideation, new product development and introduction to business outcomes.
Develops the team accountable for the first line of defense for product risk and security management.
Assigns and allocates roles, in partnership with the Technology Product Executive, based on capacity and demand (finance, vendor relationship, marketing, etc.).
Leads all activities associated with defining, managing and sustaining operational metrics.
Leads a staff that is accountable for product management across platforms (on-premise and off-premise and across premise) and product lifecycle at product level including product strategy and roadmap.
Responsible for delivery availability and resiliency following established operating mechanisms and best practices.
Exhibits user empathy by partnering with User Advocates to understand and incorporate user sentiment.
Is responsible for the vendor management/relationships and sourcing.
Performs release cadence and business feature alignment using automation to drive speed.
