Compensation Range:

$101,254.00 - $131,685.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Maintains 24 hour-a-day accountability for all patient care and nursing activities on assigned outpatient unit. Oversees and directs unit activities including standards development, human resource management, assessment of resource needs and utilization, staff development and communication within nursing practice as well as among other disciplines and departments. Oversees all performance improvement activities at the unit level and participates in committees at all levels within the institution.

Full-Time, Lattimore Road. The OB/GYN Ambulatory Nursing Program seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee clinical and operational functions across multiple specialty practices including High-Risk Pregnancy (Maternal-Fetal Medicine), University Midwifery, Gender-Affirming Care, Family Planning, and Gender Wellness Obstetric & Gynecologic Care. This leader is accountable for daily operations, nursing staff and ambulatory technicians, budget management, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and practice improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with the Practice Manager and Medical Director, the Nurse Manager will promote evidence-based, inclusive, patient-centered care while fostering teamwork, staff development, and operational excellence. BSN required,  MS preferred, MS required within 5 years, current RN licensure, and 3–5 years of OB/GYN experience required; prior leadership experience preferred.
