(LatAm) Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher 5 and 6

JOB TITLE: (LatAm) Customer Support Representative/Dispatcher 6

Salary Range: $800-1,800

Working Hours & Time Zone: M-F, flexible 8 hours, EST timezone (multiple positions maybe available other than 9-5); may work on weekends, 2 days off transferred to weekdays

Requirements

Tasks:

• Receiving and managing incoming calls
• Entering information accurately into systems
• Efficiently dispatching tasks or resources

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Good to Excellent Communication skills; minor accent is acceptable
• Tools: Fairly new computer with fast operating system, Excel, Office 365, and high-speed internet
• Candidate must be capable of creating a warm and engaging atmosphere while working independently without the need for constant supervision. Must be known for reliability, adept at de-escalation, and renowned for meticulous attention to detail.
