Overview

Our Skilled Construction Laborers bring certified trade experience to support complex construction, renovation, and demo projects. These associates perform hands‑on work, assist licensed trades, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Support — Running wire, installing fixtures, assisting electricians, basic troubleshooting
• Plumbing Assistance — Pipe fitting support, fixture installation, material prep, jobsite setup
• Carpentry Work — Framing, drywall, trim installation, repairs, and material handling
• Demolition & Renovation — Removing structures, clearing debris, preparing spaces for rebuild
• General Labor — Loading/unloading, site cleanup, staging materials, assisting trades
• Tool Operation — Safe use of hand and power tools
• Safety Compliance — Following OSHA standards, wearing PPE, reporting hazards

Requirements

• Valid certifications in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Experience on active construction sites
• Reliable transportation
• PPE required (hard hat, gloves, boots, vest)
